First Aid provision is a set of techniques applied on site to an injured person or a non breathing casualty until the medical services arrive.
The basic principles, among others, include:
- Recognition of potential dangers for the casualty and ourselves.
- Maintaining casualty’s life
- Stabilizing any injuries
- Helping casualty to recover
- Pain relief
- Provision of psychological support
The courses provide the knowledge and the confidence required to deal with the most common medical conditions, illnesses and injuries.
No previous experience is required for any of courses. Age is limit is 15 and above.
First Aid courses are especially useful for military and security personnel, lifeguards, health care professionals, those involved in mountain and sea sports, hotel and restaurant staff, retail employees, airline and marine personnel, etc.
Course delivery methods
All courses are conducted either with full physical presence or on a webinar basis.
Full physical presence courses are conducted in a classroom environment or in a suitable space of your choice. Upon completion you will be provided with an RTI certificate, valid for 2 years.
The webinar is conducted via Skype, Zoom or similar application. It covers the theoretical part and the test, sent via a link. Upon completion you will receive a digital certificate of knowledge. Within a year of completion, you need to do the practical part with an RTI certified Instructor to receive the certificate. Full course completion is only achieved when the practical part is conducted. The 2 year valid certificate will be sent to your preferred address.

Tests – evaluation
- A multiple choice test is required upon course completion.
- Pass mark is 80%
- All tests are on open book basis.
- Evaluation of practical competencies takes place during the course
Equipment
Latest technology equipment is utilized on the practical part of all courses.
The mannequin is equipped with a state of the art application for CPR assessment, ensuring that correct blowing, compression and speed are maintained throughout the session.
The defibrillator, designed especially for training purposes, has a scenario capability, offering the trainee the ability to deal with a number of different circumstances which may be encountered in the process.
The chocking device provides the training and the confidence required for the trainee to deal with one of the most serious life threatening conditions.
Aviation Medicine Courses
Initial, conversion and recurrent aviation medicines courses as per EASA regulations,
for flight deck crew, flight attendants, airline and airport employees.


International course recognition and validation
RTI courses follow the latest protocols of European Resuscitation Council, the American Heart Association and the Asian Resuscitation Council.
Following the Covid19 epidemic, the latest guidelines with regards to training are strictly adhered to and close monitoring ensures that adjustments are made to meet most recent changes.
